Are you a passionate bakery chef looking for an exciting opportunity to share your expertise abroad? Join our team as a Bakery Chef Trainer in Jordan for a two-month assignment!
Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on training sessions for local chefs .
- Provide guidance on ingredient selection, recipe development, and quality control.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment and encourage creativity and innovation.
- Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and tastings to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with local staff to ensure smooth operation of training activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker, preferably with training or teaching experience.
- Deep knowledge of bakery processes, including bread making, pastry production, and cake decorating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Jordan for the duration of the assignment.
