Position: Personal /Administrative Assistant Role Description: Join our team at KP Invest Holding sal. as a full-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, taking meeting minutes, and providing essential administrative support. Qualifications: - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities - Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills - Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player - Previous experience in an administrative capacity preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus
