Role
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute a customer driven strategy and business plan to drive the growth and profitability of The Salon Majas. It extends to extensive contribution in sales and operations planning.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the relationship with existing clients, deliver, monitor, and review the plans with a growth mindset
· Establish and agree on joint customer retention and growth plans in order to meet business objectives
· Develop a new client base with corporate houses and event houses and private concierge companies.
· Develop, implement, and optimize the customer strategy and launch a foray into various digital platforms
· Provide customer and channel understanding through data analysis
· Manage the customer P&L for the respective categories/channels
· Oversee customer operations working cross functionally
· Work in close collaboration with the product manager for input for efficiency in marketing

Skills and Experience
Educational Background:
· Commercial degree, preferably in sales and marketing.
· At least 5 years of working experience in the beauty arena.
· Proven track record of delivery top-line and bottom-line results.
· Leadership experience
· Business development/sales management experience
· Experience and a great understanding of the beauty industry,
